Return Window

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unworn and in original condition.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Get an RMA First

Please email Elena before sending any return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Our Error — Full Refund

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund.

Condition of Returns

Items returned in worn, damaged, or altered condition will not be accepted for a refund.

Machine wash cold, tumble dry on low heat. Do not use high heat as it may affect the fill. The pillows are designed to be travel-durable and easy to maintain.
